Sehome Rotary Interact has been hard at work over the past few months with volunteering. The club has:
-Collectively volunteered for 78 hours (as of April 20) -Attended 4 different events to volunteer: Whatcom Million Trees Project (WMTP) tree planting work party (3/15), a cleanup after the Fairhaven plant sale (3/29), a meal packing event hosted by Children of the Nations and Bellingham Rotary (4/5), and an ivy removal work party with WMTP at Sehome (4/19) -Has had 5 meetings since the club started -Continued to work on planning for our International Service Project of fundraising for high school education in Honduras -Continued to plan more events and projects, pursuing the goals of Rotary: provide service to others, promote integrity, and advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through our fellowship of business, professional, and community leaders.
